Hanne covers a wide range of industries including consumer goods, professional and financial services. She was formerly a partner with McKinsey & Company. Before that, she worked with Procter & Gamble in brand management for the Scandinavian and French export markets. Hanne serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of AB Volvo, Sandvik, and the IMD Foundation. She holds a MBA from IESE. |
Nils manages and develops clients in the financial services, industrial, healthcare and telecom industries. He is also responsible for expanding our talent pool in Europe. He was most recently a director with McKinsey & Company and co-leader of the firm's European corporate finance and strategy practice. He previously worked as an account manager with Citibank in Zurich. He holds a business/economics as well as a law degree from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. |

Lilian joined our board in December 2011. She has senior management experience from retail and consumer goods companies. These posts have most recently included Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President with Axel Johnson AB (2007) and Head of Strategic Pricing, Electrolux Major Appliances Europe, AB Electrolux, a company she joined as head of HR and Organisational Development (2000). Lilian is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics (BA/MBA). She is also a member of the boards of Givaudan and Swedish companies Oriflame Cosmetics SA, RNB Retail and Brands AB and Thule AB, as well as a Russian company, Melon Fashion Group. |
Didier has been on our board of directors since 2002. He heads the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Competition Team of Walder Wyss & Partners, a legal services firm in Switzerland. Didier has significant experience in comprehensive system integration and global outsourcing projects. |

Mark joined our board of directors in 2006. He is a partner with Blaqwell, a US based consultancy for the legal industry. Prior to Blaqwell Mark was a Director with McKinsey's New York office. Mark has developed a special interest and expertise in strategy and organization for professional service firms. |
